As per Govt. of India’s Gazette no GSR-751(E) dated 30.09.2015 ,
NoC from Ministry of Defense (MOD) for building permission in residential areas of Pune Municipal Corporation, Pimpri- Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, PMRDA is mandatory.
As per above gazette, NoC is compulsory for new structure/Alternation/Revised Building plan Approval/ At Plinth Level Checking or Completion stage.
For submission of NoC proposal to Ministry of Defence (Indian Air Force Authority), following documents are necessary.
Ground level of plot under consideration certified from authorised survey agency and countersigned by concerned local administration authority.
Building Plan submission certificate from concerned local authority.
NoC Proposal in prescribed formats with required documents are mandatory submitted to MOD(Indian Air Force Authority)
